Welcome to No Panic’s Self Helper the app to help you cope with your anxiety.
Before you can run No Panic’s Self Helper you need to install and update your Java installation. You can do this simply by going to the following link and following the download and installation instructions.
When you’ve downloaded both the application and Java you can extract the zip file using windows and then navigate to the bin folder and click on the NoPanicsSelfHelper application file as see in the picture below. You can then if you would like to; create a desktop shortcut or pin it to the start menu by right click on the application and clicking the relevant option.

Development of this application was completed by it’s Membership Secretary Mark Rees but we also acknowledge the assistance of Matthew Carr for his coding assistance and Gluon for the use of their programming libraries. This app could not have been made without this effort and great support.
When you run the application for the first time you may encounter a windows SmartScreen prompt. This is normal for our app. This screen can be bypassed so that you can use the app. The screen you will see will look similar to the picture below.
To use the app despite this prompt you must click “More info” and then click the run anyway button. Then the app will launch and the prompt will not bother you again.
