Welcome to No Panic’s Self Helper the app to help you cope with your anxiety.

No Panic’s Self Helper is an application designed to help those suffering with anxiety to cope with their problems. We include an audio diaphragmatic breathing exercise, an audio of a body scan differential relaxation, a symptom checker to work out those annoying anxiety symptoms, a beginners guide to anxiety and a text version of the deep differential muscle relaxation.

This is a valuable tool for all anxiety sufferers to help them manage and recover from their anxiety.
