Jane had always been described as a carefree and happy-go-lucky sort of a person but, in her late twenties, things began to change.
One day, when she went out she couldn’t remember if she had switched the cooker off so, she went back to check. This kept on happening and the more she checked the more she felt she ought to go back and check again. The situation deteriorated rapidly until it was easier for her to stay at home than go out so, her outings became less and less.
One of Jane’s friends saw one of our posters in a Citizens Advice Bureau and we are pleased to say that with the help of No Panic Jane is tackling her problem and is making a lot of progress, overcoming her O.C.D.
