Refund Policy

No Panic sell many items from this website, this page includes your shopping rights and your refund policy agreement.

Shipping and Handling

We will try and deliver your items within 5 working days (within the UK). Please allow an extra 10 days for outside UK.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you and offer you a full refund.

If you want to know the status of your order then please send an email to ceo@nopanic.org.uk or call us in the office on 01952 590005.

Refund and Return Policy

We can not offer any refund on No Panic membership or donations, however you are not under any obligation to renew your membership at the end of your initial 12 months.

Refunds from purchases made from this website will only be given at the discretion of the Charity's administration, and only if you contact us to cancel your order prior to it being shipped out from the No Panic Head Office.

If an item is out of stock at the time of your purchase we will contact you and offer a full refund.

We will exchange damaged or faulty goods if the goods and packaging are returned in original condition to the No Panic Head Office within 14 days.

Retain a 'proof of sending order receipt' as No Panic takes no responsibility for items not received - a refund will be issued within 14 days.
