Moodjuice
has self help guides, which are based on CBT, written by psychologists and are free to download off the website. We are funded by the NHS in Forth Valley area and also Choose Life and local councils. Moodjuice has been around for about 4 years and we gauge its popularity by the accesses to the guides, we are now averaging about 300 guides accessed a day. There are 12 self help guides - including panic, anxiety, OCD and more, relaxation downloads, a book prescription service which offers books recommended by GP's and other psychology depts., we also have over 1700 other services, organisations and resources available within the site to offer advice and information for dealing with numerous problems people face on a daily basis.
