services in Southern Ireland. 

All services listed on the navigation bar are now available to people in Ireland.

Volunteers Urgently Needed!

 

There is currently an urgent need for volunteers to staff the No Panic Ireland helpline. At present the helpline is operating 24 hours a week (call helpline to find out current times of operation). We aim to expand this to operating 60 hour week, Mon - Fri 10am - 10pm, but this can only happen if people come forward to train as helpline volunteers.

The No Panic Ireland helpline, on 01 272 1897, was launched in August 2004 and it has taken in excess of  1500 calls in it's first year.

IMPORTANT NEWS

Our Irish Helpline is now staffed by Irish Volunteers on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between 10am to 1pm and 7pm to 10pm. 

Outside of these times you can access support from the No Panic UK helpline by phoning 01 272 1897, which operates 10am - 10pm, 7 days a week.

will document the lives of 8 individuals who suffer from mental health issues and / or phyical disabilities

 

FROM THE MAKERS OF ‘Three 60,’ the new 8-part series will give a VOICE back to those who suffer and are left behind. Each intimate and compelling episode will bring us inside the world of the person who is telling the story. Participants will be given a handy-cam to record a VIDEO DIARY of their experiences.
